The ServSafe Program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers

ServSafe Manager Food Safety training program is based on the latest FDA Model Food Code. In addition, it is the preferred food safety training course for federal and state, and local jurisdictions. Without a doubt it is strongly recommended for managers as well as front line employees. All classes are taught in English, and are scheduled for 8-hours.

If you need a test in either Spanish, or some other language,  we can order the exam for you, but we need to know when you sign up for the class.

Two weeks of studying prior to the class is strongly recommended. You will receive links to study materials as part of the class fee. Servsafe® certification managers and employees food handlers certificate.

There is a an option that allows you to take an exam online, with a “remote” proctor. The cost for the training, exam, and online proctor is only $126. You don’t need to find or pay a proctor if you sign up for this online class.

The Always Food Safe Certificate is an ANSI approved alternative to ServSafe.

It is recognized by local health departments, as well as state and federal agencies.

Good in all 50 States

The certificate the manager receives is good for five years, in all states. To be sure, some jurisdictions require more frequent certification. Email us for your health department regulations if you are not sure.

What do we get when we sign our employees up?

  • Prior to test day, pre-class study materials, including practice tests and assessments tests
  • Together with a full day of instruction
  • Most important, snacks, lunch, coffee, bottled water
  • Finally, the proctored test

Once the scores are released by the National Restaurant Association, they will email you. In addition, your instructor will send an email with your score and certificate attached.

The participant can download the certificates from ServSafe.com. We can also print color copies and mail the to them restaurant location(s). This will ensure they are on site in the event of an inspection.

Each class is limited to 35 students

Please pre-register so that you can reserve your seat. To conclude, total cost for instruction, testing, notebooks, lunch and printed certificates is $145.00.

For groups of 10 more students, cost is $135.00 per ServSafe certification.
